My real passion is assisting teams and organisations work smarter by applying agile thinking to existing processes. I'm part technologist and part creative which can be a fairly unusual combination but my Feedback from former colleagues and clients should hopefully speak for itself.

I’m an IT Leader and have managed large product teams, agile release trains and owned the end to end delivery process in a variety of roles. I’ve managed teams of over 30 personnel and led projects and programs with multi million pound budgets.

I’ve has also worked as a consultant on Agile Transformations in a variety of organisations and have a wealth of experience coaching business stakeholders and senior leaders on the benefits and practical application of agile.

I’ve worked in and consulted across a variety of industries for over 10 years including one of the world’s leading technology companies, pan European telecommunications providers, publicly traded hospitality and entertainment organisations, and Silver Circle Law firms.
