• Leveraged and expanded on my existing knowledge, skills and abilities to design and developed a product through to MVP. Initially starting out as a value add to allow a client to better manage business processes and share them amongst the business How It's Done has gone on to win the accelerator and get funding and support from the wider NH business. (see the bottom of the page for the "How It's Done" Pitch Pack")

• Won work with a new client by building a relationship through another client and worked with account management grow this into a broader opportunity. This resulted in the development of new engagements and additional opportunities such as the Tesco Mobile Change Process Assessment and the on-boarding of an Additional Business Analyst with more opportunities in the pipeline and tangible contribution to the companies bottom line.

• Demonstrated thought leadership at the client by suggesting new agile ways of working and developing opportunities for North Highland to engage and assist with the change.

• Completed successful process reviews and process re-engineering projects delivering significant costs savings of up to 92% per unit for click and collect orders (GAME Retail Ltd) and a reduction in turnaround time of repair orders by 20% (Tesco Mobile) as well as vastly improved customer experience based on real customer insights.

• Developed recommendations and laid out a plan for business improvement within Tesco Mobile by identifying new opportunities based on industry best practices with the lowest possible impact by leveraging existing technologies within the business.

• Nominated for a BT Retail Week Project Implementation of the Year Award as a project manager for the BT Wifi project at GAME Retail Ltd.

• Part of a team that won the BT Retail Week Mobile App of the Year Award for the GAME rewards app.

• Presented at the North Highland Regional Owners Meeting in 2016 on #Fearlessness after being identified by the UK Market Lead (Tony Doocey at the time) for being someone who demonstrated this skill in the work I do.
